Big Update - CheckLister v3

A major update has been released that brings with it several changes and tweaks to the app. First of all, this is a completely redesigned core of the application - that is, the technical parameters have been updated (for example, switching to a higher version of PHP, switching to the latest framework, changing the bundling of assets, etc.), which results in much faster loading of the application in all respects. During this transition, the code was reviewed and optimized.
Now the code is being prepared for the transition to the so-called TDD (Test-driven development) logic - that is, when all parts of the application will be tested in an automated way. Of course, some tests already exist, but they do not cover all parts of the application. Thanks to this transition, we can deploy upcoming news much faster and with a reduced error rate.
Furthermore, other parts of the application were translated into Czech.
