Added logic for costs

You can set a budget for the main elements in the application. Particulary speaking about

  • Projects
  • Checklists groups
    Checklists

For each item, you'll see your maximum budget to complete the item in terms of allocated resources.

The budget currency is set for the most parent. Furthermore, the rule is that the budget must not be greater than the budget of the parent element.
