Updated app (technical issues)

This update brings many changes, especially within the technical solution of the application.

Application acceleration (accelerated loading of pages in the application)
Updated application logic for easier development of new functionalities
Redesign of other functions so that they do not require reloading the page (refresh page)
Added a new tool to the tools for better time management
Preparing the application for the API
Added a few other minor improvements
Fixed a few bugs (design / UX)

Among other things, the first public checklist focused on technical SEO websites was published. The checklist was published in both Czech and English language. After logging in, you can easily add all tasks to your checklist when creating a new one.
