Added another chart to dashboard and feature for faster assignment of users to the task

A new chart has been implemented in the dashboard, where you can view your basic data (number of projects, groups, checklists, tasks).
Furthermore, a new feature has been implemented for faster assignment of users to a task. You can find this feature in the task detail, or on the desktop in the right sidebar for the task detail.
